Tickles of Joy

The title has been on my mind for last one week may be..or more than that.Everyday I feel to write about this but fail to do so.But today at last arranged a bit time and here I am to write it.

Huh !! only 10 days are left to welcome the goddess. Yay ... and the excitement is really tickling my stomach and lot of butterflies are flying here and there inside.Oops !!  I made a mistake. Not 10 days,Just 7 days I should say :) because it's 2013. We, the excited festival lover Bengalis have pulled the dates up so before and extended the festival to enjoy more more and more.

Things which amuse me and excite me like a MAD :

1) The bright sunshine, hide and seek game of floating cottony clouds and the blue sky of SorotKaal.
2) The ads, banners and hoardings of Sarodia Utsav.
3) The fashion and shopping ads all over the city, newspapers and magazines.
4) Kash Phool.
5) Half made Ma Durga Idols.
6) The making of pandals.
7)Lights and other preparations ...
8) The talks and conversations among ladies regarding Shopping ...

Ahh !! Like every other Bengali I am also feeling the same.Hope everyone has completed their shopping and hopping.Everyone is prepared enough to welcome Ma...

I am so excited .. Yayyyyyyyyyyyy .... eeeeeeeeeeeee.... :D :D :D :D

( ^_^ )

But please no rain should be coming with Ma...

It's our fault

pic : indiatoday

I don't know why this video became this much controversial.. may be for the title ... huh ... and why viral ?? yes it has the reason with it..Haven't you guy watched it ?? Then please do watch .... No no don't get scared for the title which they are using...Even I too did get a little bit,and was angry on the video. But no I smiled with a grace and felt ashamed of this society while watching and yes after a while even I too uttered that it's our fault with this happy sarcasm..

watched it ?? yeah !! haven't you heard the words she uttered ??

It's not her script ... there are so many men around us who flawlessly speak the same words but watch and trigger their perversion by watching some pornography movies .... but blame us ultimately..

Hey !! you moron !! men ... please think think and think million times before saying those stinky words !!!!

Bhansali won my eyes again !!

And yet another Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie is going to come and that is Ram Leela starring my favorite heroine Deepika Padukone and not so likely Ranveer singh.Surely this time too Bhansali's execution of the aesthetic sense has enthralled me again..

First of all would like to exclude Black,Khamoshi and Gujarish from this movie list which I am going to talk about.[Black still makes me cry and sob, there is no comparison. Bhansali's best movie ever made by him].

It started from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and followed by Devdas,Saawariyan and now Ram Leela. Can you plot the common factor among these movies ??

It's his deep sense of Art which comes up anyways through his all captured frames. The colors, the being Indian feel, shooting set,the ethnic portrayal of Heroines, love scenes, dance sequences, music arrangements are just so grand and lavish. The lavishness brings up our heritage culture in some extraordinary way.

Remember the way Aishwarya attired in Gujrati outfit and danced with the Gujrati folk beats. Sanjay Leela Bhansali always gives priority to his heroines and surely he has got the right vision to choose too. From Aishwarya,Madhuri and Deepika Padukone. Manmohini,Nimbooda's Aishwarya blew everyone's mind. Her long plated hair with the traditional Gujrati Ghagras or her homely look as Balraj's wife were awestrucking. Now think about Devdas's grand picturization.I remember the whole country was trying to sound Issh and Satti and to dance Dola re Dola with Bengali Aat pere saree attire. The sounds of ULU,red colored theme background with some heavy dressed carried by the heroines were marvelous.Who can ever forget Madhuri as Chandramukhi ?? Her royal look with pure classical dance forms surely portrays Bhansali's sense of art well.I still remember and love the promo of Devdas where Aishwarya's red footprints used to fall over the red border white (Bengali traditional) saree and how paro used to run from top to bottom and her pallu used to follow her all along.Marvelous.The shoot of Morey Piya is just like another wall painting depicting love under the romantic blue moon. The transitions between his frames are like sea waves.Comes with a huge splash and goes away suddenly to welcome next.

Here are few fav pictures from Devdas.

Here is Devdas promo.

sorry did not get good quality video :(

and now I am going to talk about Ramleela..again a vibrant colorful captures of few paintings. As I mentioned that Sanjay Leela is  expert in portraying the beauty of his heroine very well and he brings up the art of women which seems like a rocky sculpture or calendar arts.Ahh I love that.

some of favorite stills from the trailor.

Colorful Gujrat and the folk tunes of background are awesome.I don't know how the Desi Romeo and Juliet is going to be, but surely I am going to theater to watch the art and craft made by Bhansali

"Ending Soon" Canopy

Several days and nights have passed so,
Yeah !! I did but still not able to
forget though !!

Your voice, your smile,
still please my mind sometimes
for a while !!

I still feel you the way I used to,
though I don't see you !!
Our fun & giggles roam around my eyes,
& give me a chilling surprise !!

I murmur the old tunes,
which we used to exchange via Bluetooth !!
I laugh at how we ran,
for "catch me if you can" !!
and played "Hide and Seek",
behind the walls of brick!!

I chuckle loud
and come back to reality,
I pack the memories and cover
them with an "ending soon" canopy !!!

Shopping at 2030 ... just an imagination

Definition of Shopping has changed a lot and will change too.Being a woman, the shopaholic factor has come into my soul too (though not like a maniac).

Have we ever imagined, that shopping would become this easy ?I am a true online shopper.I prefer to buy most from online. For a little single thing also I love to surf online stores and I am happily satisfied with it and most people are too.

But yes physically hopping and shopping is much more fun as you get to do much more while shopping but time is moving on and so the technologies are, to bring more comfort in our life.We are now at 2013,let's skip few years more and jump to 2030.Then how will it be ??

hmm let me draw a quick structure of few differences and changes

in 2013 :

If we wish to buy anything,we rather prefer buying them physically from the real shops of XYZ market / Mall and swap the membership cards to get some extra reward points or people like me shop them via online.I know the real shops will never be flop and will continue it's journey in future too.But there may be a vast changes for online stores. What we do before shopping from online ?First of all we set our mind about the product and then go to the online stores, then keep them in our wishlist or buy them after comparing the prices and qualities among the other sites, We pay them via credit cards, debit cards or make COD payment. That's all right ?? Now let's come to 2030.

in 2030 :

We do have unique ID card for our own identity right ? Same way we may have a unique shopping Id card too. That shopping ID card will be unique for all of our shopping. The card will have to be renewed every year for upgrading. We will not need to swap several membership cards for crediting points.Rather than that for each swap a minimum amount will be added to our card which will be summed up and at the end of the year will be deducted for poor people and with that extra rewarded money the poor people will be provided their needed cloths as well.

Now let's come to the shopping part.As I have said, We may have a unique card and yes the whole shopping will be done via that card only whether online or offline. Now while entering into several online stores , thousands of choices and confusions do arise. But in 2030 we may have a single portal where we will need to log in via our unique shopping card Id and then we will need to check our wishes and instantly all the brands and stores will reach us with our matching criteria and in simplest way we will hop and shop ☺. I  mean just the reverse will happen.Good na ?

ha ha

Let's see and wait.I will be much older after 16 years and surely will read this post then ☺ LOL who knows what's going to happen.

hmm that was my idea and imagination of new way to shop at 2030 ... Hope you liked it.

Beauties through my Eyes

A kind request to be patient as I have written so much..Yes these lines I am writing after finishing the total post.So long it is.But hope you will like it.

♥♥♥♥

Well.where to start ?? Could you guess anything after reading the title of the post ?? Yes,obviously it is about Beauty and Art.What comes on your mind first when you hear the beauty and art ? Yes you have enough time to think. But let me tell about my visionary about beauty and art.

Arts,Sculptures and Beauties have been my top priority all time.I am a true praiser of Beauty and anything artistic creation. It can be anything. But today here which I am going to write is about the Living sculptures from my angle of view.I feel God's best creation is the Women kind.He/She whomever has created us,has taken a lot of time to fill all the art, sculptural flow throughout us.An artist never steps behind to experiment with a woman's emotion, expression and poised posture.I am so proud to  be a part of God's innovative creation.Anyways today I am going to list down the women I have admired for their beauty and persona.Sometimes I wanted to be like some of them and even tried to copy some of them (sorry don't feel bad to accept it).

Starting with Beauties :

1. Suchitra Sen :

For a Bengali it is too hard to pen about the evergreen Diva of Bengal. The true beauty who has touched millions of hearts with her acting and beauty.I have never seen such a strong personality, with strong and modern attitude in that era.The way she used to look in each and every frame of black & white camera is awestrucking. I love her eyes and the way she used to tell everything via her eyes.I remember Rina Brown to be the smartest young lady to sing "Merry go Round" with flowing dubbed lips.I love the smile she poured while riding behind Mahanayak and singing "Tumi ii Bolo  ♫" from Saptapadi.

2. Madhubala

She is yet another beauty of black and white Bollywood.Millions of men, boys still become mesmerized by her beauty. Her charm and flirtatious smile killed and still kills Millions of hearts. Her few pictures remind me of Marilyn Monroe. For me she was the Marilyn Monroe of the then Bollywood. Her dark lipstick and charming million dollar smile of  a black and white picture is surely similar to the Monroe Queen.

3. Waheeda Rahman

She is my so favorite. Her cold beauty and look are just like a portrait for me.Her various postures in Neelkamal are not so much indifferent with a temple sculpture. Her glittering face while dancing the Indian Bollywood Desi dance always snatch my mind to watch her again and again."Waqt ne Kiya kya haseen sitam" depicts a homely attired woman of the Old India. No one can forget "Aj phir jeene ki Tamanna hain" from Guide. From all aspects she is so poetically beautiful.

4. Sadhna Shivdasani :

She may not define the beauty which we usually refer to.Even she is not the beauties I discussed so far.But I die for her smile. She had an awesome charming beauty which was calm and cold. Her hair fringes surely wooed the fashion trend. Her shy homely look and a sweet personality made her one of the best beauties for me.

5. Hema Malini

Now what to say about her.Ma Durga knew that she would not able to show her face to everyone, thus she made Hema Malini for us to imagine.Yes !! She is heavenly beautiful.More over that at this age also she looks stunning with her personality and beauty. She is so so so beautiful. No one can disagree... Right ?

6. Rekha

An ultimate dusky beauty with "Maya" and "Moh" in her eyes.Who doesn't love Rekha ?? From two flat braided hairstyle to open haired free style she looked awesome in every frame. Her eyes speak and tell every expression and emotions of her. From Chulbuli Girl of Khoobsoorat or homely simple wife of Ghar to a Tawaif of Umraojaan this South Indian beauty mesmerized everyone.

7. Jaya Prada
A pure Indian beauty.Rather than I should say a typical South Indian beauty with significant long black hair braided along with white flowers. She is too homely by look yet has a charming, calming, mind making beauty. Her Indian attire always wooed me and other audiences too.

8. Meenakshi Sheesadri
Her strong, sparkling and powerful acting described her beauty more in that sense for me.She was a complete blend of beauty with brain. From knowing five types of Classical dances and to Carnatic music ,she proved her again with her acting skills in Damini.I can hardly forget her Tandav from Damini. She was mindblowing.I still remember her classical dance items which used to be aired on DD National when I was a kid.She is just marvelous. But I do miss her as for many years she has been unseen on screen.

9. Divya Bharati

She was another young beauty who left us soon. Her bubbly nature made her more and more beautiful. It is very sad that we could not see more from where she had started her career.

10. Madhuri Dixit

Haye I am tired of praising her beauty always. How many pictures should I collect.God!! I am getting tired again. Her magical million dollar smile somehow reminds me of Madhubala and Suchitra Sen together. It's only my thought. Madhuri means Curly Step brownish opened hair, Madhuri means a mesmerizing flawless smile,Madhuri means a black and white picture with dark matt lipstick and at last Madhuri means Latka Jhatka Dance with her graceful adas jisme main hu fida. Anyways I have written vast about her in one of my post. Please do read it here.

11. Aishwarya Rai

A cold soothing beauty which should not be disturbed by touching or making noise. Her beauty is like cold pearl or a cold gem stone.Cold only cold.Meditate through her eyes, get lost and never come back.Though I was talking about all the natural beauties here but still I can not stop writing abouit her.Yes there are various rumours about her plastic beauty and all but her eyes ?? Her eyes are as precious to me as some real Aishwarya [wealth].An ethnic elegant beauty of Calender or portrait who can be best suited as Jodha or any other historical character.Grew up watching her and dancing with her tracks. In short I love her beauty.Again I must say you people to read my old post here.

12. Deepika Padukone

"Hirni jaisi chaal" can be perfectly suited for her.Whoa.. I started praising her when I first saw her picture for P.C Chandra Adv hoarding and then and then she appeared in so many films and now she is at the top of Bollywood Queen's seat. She has gained and learned skills and improved her so well.Anyways I was here to write about her beauty. So will discuss it.Her eyes, her poised figure, her sharp intelligent attitude and her sense of true fashion mesmerize me so so much. She is the one who is blessed with natural god gifted beauty with awesome features and among all the plastic beauties of now I find her truly gorgeous. She looks best in any outfit.I just love her.

13. Yami Gautham

A newbie of Bollywood but yet very beautiful and blessed with natural beauty.I have got nothing much to say about her.Just have a look at her snaps.

huhhhhhh..phewwwwwwwwww.. I am tired now...That's all..

Thanks for keeping your patience as I know this post is so so long.Even I am realizing it .. but I am so happy to gather all the beauties together in one post.Hope you all have enjoyed it.

Journey with a Stranger - Part VI

Unlike my last post under this series "Journey with a Stranger" ,this post is not so bitter but a very sweet, innocent and joy filling one.

This post is about a  chotto (small) journey with a chotto (small) special stranger.I was on the way to home from office and I was travelling in Train, the local train. Yes!! People residing at Kolkata know well how the local trains use to be and mainly about the rush to get up into train [crowded or not, getting up into the train has to be a tight fight].Anyways, getting back to the point where I was actually LOL.

As I mentioned I was inside the horrifying ladies compartment where you can hear several quarreling sounds by some yelling cats having some solid cat fights with each other usually. But today something made me happy and pushing me hard to write about it. As usual I was standing at the corner near the gate and waiting for my station to come soon. Suddenly I could hear some cute chuckles from back. I turned back and could see a small cute happy baby boy cheering all around. He was around 6-8 months old. His very fair complexion, brownish fine hair and his smile made him so so special to me. Babies are always a weakness for me. He was wearing a sky blue baby set with his huggies nappy out... [so cute... aww]..His grandmother was playing with him and allowing him to touch the jumping rail handles. His hair was moving slightly with the fans blowing up above the roof. At last he could touch the handles and held it tightly. The joy he got and the sounds he made, were ugh-maa-zzing, I mean it made me to laugh and smile at him. The moment I smiled, he turned around me and smiled with empty teeth set .ha ha!! I moved my fingers towards his face and tried to juggle them around his face. He held one of them and I can't say how tightly he held it. He was chuckling constantly and was happy, happier may be happiest. Even I was so happy .I don't know how the time passed and my station came. But I lost all my tiredness.

And that's how the small wonder made this small journey so special...

Without Kitkat , I took a kitkat break LOL...

though the baby was not this big
but could justify the happy break with this picture

Aren't you CORRUPTED ???

Corruption... A heavy and hot topic for writing essays and playing debates.News,Media and other social mediums are always busy to highlight about the corruptions and the effects of corruptions.Ask any one "What do you want to say about the corruption running in India ?" ..you will be able to hear so many words and lectures against Corruption.More over that we always blame the ministers, the politicians.

Now a question from me....

Keep your hands over your mind and ask yourself "Am I not Corrupted ??"... 95% of us will answer " Yes ".. Or may be we can skip that too due to our superficial nature to hide the truth.

The world has changed but the myths are not.The myths and proverbs still say Honesty is the great virtue. But how many of us follow it ?? How many of us do keep our mind clear and how many of us do keep our ethics in mind ?? Very few.Parents and teachers still teach their children and students to be honest,to not lie and to not cheat on someone. But while at their workplace or anywhere, if time and opportunity permit, they never step back to hug the corruption.

Why ?? Because we all are more and more selfish. We always want something extra. We want to cheat our work, our duties, our ethics, our values, our authorities and at last we cheat us.We are selling our basic human values to the hands of corruption.

Say for an example, Don't we try to adjust our attendance records at our office,or colleges ? Don't we offer bribe to get rid off some problems ?? Don't we allow a Government officer to take some thing extra to get something beneficial ??Aren't we part of Corruption ??

Okay !! Let's ask someone who does this regularly with a Naked Shame and regrets nothing for this. You will hear an answer like this.."if they are doing, then why not me ?? What's there to act and behave like a good person ? What is so beneficial in there ? better to be bad and get something extra..."..

This line is not of a single person. It is of thousands may be millions. We are greedy and we are becoming money minded. We love us and only us that's why we do play trick at office to give a tight mental slap to others or to beat the others. We killed the innocent, honest people who once tried to raise their voice up with their honest intention and will to stand against this corruption of society. We still play trick to let the GOOD men down and we love to invite them in our dirty world. We are much competitive,we are lazy to achieve our goal in straight way,we love bypasses. We sell our emotions and we sell our self respects. We are still shameless. We stand with a bare black face and dirty nasty hands and pretend to be happy. We are humans. We are the part of this CORRUPTED space.

But still we will say,India is corrupted, nothing can be done with this country.

Funny na ??? It is like.. khud iss bhid ka hissa hain and khudi ko takleef hain...

In Bengali there is proverb...

"Annay je kore ebong Annay je shohe
Dujonei soman Oporadhi"

which means.. those who does the wrong and who allows and tolerates the wrong are both equally punishable..

I feel good and proud that I still remember and follow these lines taught by my mother..

Feel pity for those mentally ill people who support this with a 0% shame and hate them literally who have forgotten these values completely...
